During my 2+ years of association, actually I couldn't figure out any positive
Cons
1) No support from top management 2) High politics within the company 3) No learning at all. 4) Very bad behavior of senior managers and uses bad language words on colleague 5) Slow process and no quick response 6) Low salary structure and hardly any increment 7) No road-map to succeed 8) Developing Outdated products,most of the time coping from other products technology and portraying as their innovation. 9) No initiative for product enhancement 10) Pricing is too high comparatively. 11)most of the employees do freelancing job for B.TECH projects, their first priority is their own projects,and they least bother about company work. 12)No intention to make better work culture. 13)No career growth in terms of promotion,pay package,job roles,etc 14)surprisingly,no incentive structure.
