      Seeing lots of live music

      Cons

      HR/ management are awful… bullying culture, very insensitive to any/ all personal issues. Shockingly bad pay for the work load you are expected to do . Unless you are really desperate for money AVOID !!!

      Fellow bartenders were amazing people Live music every night 50% staff discount Good incentives

      Cons

      Toxic management, misogyny prevails Very late shifts on weekends and bank holiday weekends were very long Breaks only 10 minutes at a time as standard
