      Remote, candy day, inside events

      Low salary. Highest level of bureaucracy, that i ever seen. The terrible level of the company's involvement in the development of employees, if courses or training are needed, not only does the company help either financially or other specialists, but also you need to do it during strictly non-working hours. Totally ignoring the needs of employees, you have to literally beg to go away on your emergency. The entire management of the company is made up of wives, sisters, brothers, husbands of the director. You can see that people don't work in their places

      - possibility to work in the old office or remotely - office located nearby subway (15 min ) with small parking

      Cons

      - don't have Sports program compensation - don't have extended medical insurance program (have promised during several years on the interview) - salary is below the market level - free English lessons only for valuable employees - managers report everything to the CEO - greedy and duplicitous management -be prepared to sign a contract for 4 years and not be able to leave earlier (otherwise you will waste your nerves and be humiliated)

      + might get lucky with a project + great coworkers + the office is not openspace, but separate small offices by teams

      Cons

      - micromanagement - paying far below the average market pay for the job - if it's your first job out of university, you're enslaved :(
