The administration and teachers are awesome! They help as best they can to assist new teachers in developing lesson plans, and mentoring.
Cons
The students and their behaviors are out of control. The paperwork is a bit ridiculous, and the work that’s required of teachers at home is too much. Their is no work/life balance.
