The art is interesting, both from a technical and design perspective. A lot can be learned from working here if you can tolerate everything else.
Cons
The overall work environment is anxiety inducing. Jen's mood will dictate the feel of everyone's day. A lot is expected from each employee and if you don't meet Jen's needs she will not hesitate to fire you, without telling you how you could change or improve first. Saw one position turnover 5 times over a one year period. One person fired by phone. Pay isn't bad but not high enough for what is expected of you. Sexual harassment is repeatedly tolerated or not taken seriously until its too late.
