      Pros

      Judging by my previous work experience, i would say Jetfuel has the best leaders. You are not afraid to approach anyone cause always listen to their employee's needs and problems and would always find a way to make the best solutions or at least meet them half way.They see your full potential and will train you to better in your career. Working remotely has been very convenient. You get to manage both your personal and professional life so you get the best of both worlds.

      Cons

      Since Jetfuel is quite young process and better planning still needs to be implemented but then everyone gets to help each other out which can also mold you into a better leader.

      Rife with top-tier talent, working alongside JF's team and leadership is an experience that will undoubtedly lead you along the path to being in the upper echelon of digital marketers today — so long as you possess the work ethic and drive expected of all teammates. It goes without saying that agency work is hard work. -Mentorship and constant, mutual learning is placed at the forefront of the company's values here, which naturally manifests itself in strong client performance. -Constantly get to work on interesting and fun projects with clients across multiple categories; from consumer packaged goods to lead gen. Also an extremely high degree of creative and analytical autonomy within these projects.

      Cons

      Processes are still being built out and optimized — which, at the same time, allows opportunity for anyone to proactively assume a leadership position.
