      Pros

      Supportive environment where your ideas and opinions are valued! The needs of the clients are also made a priority. The pay is competitive, the hours are flexible and benefits are generous. I truly enjoy working at Jigsaw.

      Cons

      Since most of the sessions are in home you may have to wait until a monthly staff meeting or company outing to see some of your favorite co-worker.

      Flexible scheduling, management who listens and supports your individual interests, appropriate caseload sizes, high quality RBT’s, collaboration amongst BCBA’s, monthly trainings, team outings, knowledgeable leadership

      Cons

      None- Jigsaw is an amazing place to grow into your role as a clinical supervisor or gain more experience as a BCBA.
