Extremely poor management communication and decision-making. Around 16 employees were suddenly terminated without any prior notice due to internal management disputes. The way it was handled showed zero professionalism or concern for employees’ livelihoods. The company originally had three co-founders who eventually split apart. Their internal disputes severely affected employees, we were caught in the middle with no clarity on who was actually running the company. At one point, one co-founder told everyone to leave the office, while another instructed us to come back. Later, management claimed that the person who sent us home “was not an official director,” while the other one was. Even after this confusion, we continued working for another month and were paid for it. But just before the next salary date, the company terminated several employees, giving the ridiculous reason that we had “left under unauthorized orders” orders that came from someone they themselves had presented as a leader. This entire situation reflects a complete lack of leadership maturity, accountability, and respect for employees. Decisions seem to be driven by ego and personal conflicts rather than professionalism or business sense. Employees are treated as disposable tools used when needed and thrown away when inconvenient. The individual holding the CTO title often displays ego-driven behavior and struggles to accept others’ viewpoints, leading to an unprofessional and immature work environment. Now we are begging for relieving letter, they are not ready to give that as well.
