- Exciting work - Industry and company poised to grow - Talented individuals - Good pay
Cons
- Company and leadership becoming regressive - instead of appreciating and understanding the challenges faced by new mothers/ parents, families becoming nuclear etc., it's going back from being flexible to blue collar swipe/ attendance / 5 days in office culture, which is really disheartening - a likely outcome of alpha male heavy leadership decision - No female leader in the current leadership team - For a company that has built the largest OTT, it's own enterprise tech stack is extremely poor and uninspiring
