Pros

Overall a decent place to work. The day-to-day tasks were manageable and colleagues were generally friendly and supportive. Management communicated expectations clearly for the most part, though there was room for improvement in scheduling and communication at times. Training was adequate to get started.

Cons

Pay and conditions were in line with industry standards.

Toxic. Stay away

Pros

People outside of management are kind and great to work with. Unfortunately though everyone is dragged down by the negative environment.

Cons

The workload is unrealistic, they expect one person to do the job of five (however there is favouritism). Management is toxic and egotistical, spend time gossiping, and don’t support their teams. They’re out of touch with reality, don’t care about employee well-being, and make decisions that hurt the brand. Bullying is ignored or, worse… rewarded.

A Disappointing Experience

Pros

The people are amazing and become great friends.

Cons

No clear progression opportunities and very weak leadership, with managers unable to support their teams. Workload is overwhelming and often dismissed as “fun,” leaving little time for proper guidance or development. Junior voices aren’t listened to, leading to a lack of support. There’s also a lack of transparency from senior leadership and a culture of favouritism, where recognition is limited to a select few.
