If you are after a company that isn't driven Jo Mercer is the company to work for.
This company doesn't seem to want to go anywhere and honestly I am done. They want everything for nothing. Won't pay you overtime yet the expect you to work on the weekend and accuse you of not doing your job if you don't. The CEO doesn't know how to manage the company and is very overbearing to the point of belittling those under management. "My husband owns the company so kiss my feet".
Its interesting, when your team has amazing skills and assets they can offer the company and then get treated like dirt, they all leave.. Then they beg you back and it all repeats. Will never shop here let alone work here.
