      1) Ok salary. 2)Vision is good

      Cons

      1) Salary gets credited very late. 2) Saturdays are off just for sale of saying. 3) Management and managers should trust their employees first. 4) Every discussion has an ending with "see their will be repercussions. " 5) Old practices not fruitful just increasing pressure on business development.
