Pros
I had a very positive experience working at Johnson Chou Inc. for just over a year, before starting my Masters degree. The small office environment allowed me to work on a range of projects and take on more responsibility. As a young designer, Johnson and Silke provided me with guidance and the opportunity to learn directly from them. I really enjoyed working in a collaborative environment where design input is valued at every level. I will certainly miss working with this group of friendly and amazing people!
Cons
The office is a fast-paced environment and occasionally you are required to work longer hours to meet deadlines but you are able to take time-in-lieu.
