      Supportive coworkers hindered by toxic management culture

      Great coworkers that create a supportive team environment.

      Cons

      Complete lack of leadership amongst upper management. They are so worried about being the boss that company morale is low. They give employees more work than they are able to do and push unrealistic deadlines. Very toxic work environment.

      Poor management, unrealistic expectations, constant micromanaging, No career growth, upper management doesn’t seem to have a clue what they’re doing, they’re just winging it every step of the way. Middle management is only put to protect their own jobs, long hours
