There is only toxic environment and people get fired instantly, The ''senior'' ones are openly bullying the new co workers , without any consequence at all. the management is openly supporting the those things

Everything , its the definition of the toxic environment, Work related the tasks are absolutely not in line with the work description, Mac Donald's is much better than clicking 8 hours the system they are using. stay absolutely away from this discussing place
