      Pros

      Pleasant place to do work for some time. Don't stay there for too long

      Cons

      Overworked, underpayed, no real opportunities for advancement unless you were "in the boys club"

      Great Environment, High Expectations

      Pros

      Management has high expectations for their employees and rewards accordingly. It's nice to have not just your department head but your chief officers notice, appreciate, and encourage your work and ambition.

      Cons

      The hours are on the long side, but it pays off in the end. Also, they do not offer flex hours, which works better (sometimes) for people with children.
