Pros
Can learn a lot for branding, marketing, get to create designs that fits to gen z users especially for fresh grads. The job scope not only for designs (ads, banner, posters, etc) but also for media-production of social media like TikTok and Instagram. My former team was the best! I learned a lot from my former HOD. I wished more people can learn from them, new and fresh ideas to cater the market at the time as a new re-brand. I enjoyed every seconds when I was working with them.
Cons
- 6 working days (no WFH, full 7 hours Monday- Saturday) - will FORCE permanent staff to resign. - other brands will always trying to sabotage in many ways, including spreading lies, words-to-words - the vibe with other senior staff is not.... nahhh - will be call 'names' - no mc claims or panel/medical - no attendance benefits or gas benefits (not incl to outstation or shooting benefits) - the only benefits is they pay EPF and SOCSO i guess.
