- Being under bigger SEEK umbrella means you get all seek perks - Good work-life balance
Cons
- Egocentric digital analytics manager obsessed about himself and everyone being obedient to him - Politics Politics Politics - No career progression - Lots of chaos in the product management space. No work done re:goals established - Different behavior standards applied to different departments. I.e. product managers are allowed to use whatever language they feel like to get stuff done while others are being punished for it
