Pros
There isn't anything here that stands out from what other companies are doing. Apart from the high salary - I'd say this is a very comfortable bunch of people who don't see the point of pushing their boundaries and are really about maintaining the status quo
Cons
-Spent weekend doing the application form -Standard BAME statement was boring - for a foundation you'd think they'd be sharing a lot more about what they're doing about making themselves an inclusive employer - but guessing it's seen as a waste of money so nothing about this. But the organisation thinks it OK to ask candidates questions about EDI. Talk about a desperate need for Equity 101, don't expect nuanced understanding around it from this lot. - Didn't get a confirmation email about my application. - Didn't get a response to say yay/nay about my application. - Emailed 4-6 weeks later and got a response saying they'd sent a blanket IT based solution to the nays - well, i definitely did not receive this. - My advise, especially if you're from a minority background - don't waste your time. They have a LONG way to go as a company and frankly they don't give the impression that they're willing to invest and do the work.
