TOXIC culture, senior level sponsored/supported bullying, management by threats, high levels of micromanagement, failure to pay salaries on time, mistaking confusion and lack of strategy with agility, highly centralized decision making, favoritism, no appreciation of/adherence to best practice or regulations/laws governing employee rights, zero work life balance with burnout worn like a badge of honor.
