Extremely poorly run. Huge focus on personal accountability and getting things done until it comes time to get paid and then all you receive is gaslighting and excuses. Employees are forced to track time in the office and browbeaten when they are not deemed to be working enough overtime. Everything has been done by a rolling series of contractors or employees who realized what they had gotten into and left so it's a mess.
