Pros
Joybees is a culture full of incredible teammates that work their butts off. It's a small team, but everyone looks out for one another and is easy to access when you need to ask questions or get clarification. There is a ton of room for growth, both personally and professionally. Get to work very closely with professionals who have been in the industry for a long time and are very knowledgeable.
Cons
Because it is a start-up and small team, you are often required to wear many hats (this can be a pro or con). While collaboration occurs, one must be able to work independently for the majority of the time and deliver materials set against their own timeline, which requires a lot of personal accountability. This job is not for someone who wants to work 40 hours a week and just go home or isn't able to really ask for the things they need to be successful.
