Pros

There is none. Sure you get the opportunity to create things but if you like ripping off Amazon top sellers.

Cons

Everything. Poor management. Verbally abusive management. You will be severely underpaid your worth. You will be micromanaged time wise. Your ideas will be disregarded. You will be criticized and scolded by non creative people that you are taking too long to create art. You will be expected to rip off designs of the top selling items on Amazon. It is not worth taking the position just to have a creative job. Trust me.

Pros

The only good thing is the employees seem nice?

Cons

1. You basically have to work 12 hours per day with no overtime pay… 2. Base salary is literally so low and it’s outrageous. HR will trick you and tell you a number for an hourly salary that according to them, ‘are the starting salary for everyone’, but tell other people different things.. 3. This company’s business model is literally copying their competitors products and they don’t even feel shameful about it 🤷🏻‍♀️ 4. Management is so freaking selfish, the company makes billions of dollars per year but pay their employee $18 per hour…. Again, no overtime pay, work 12 hours per day, and sometimes you have to work on the weekend..

Pros

You’ll be surrounded by toys.

Cons

Read the reviews and stay away from the company. You have to work overtime almost every single day with no compensation. You’ll on “probation” for the first three month so that they don’t have to pay for your healthcare plan or give you PTO. . You have to communicate with the China team after work hours or during the weekend. Management is a mess.
