      - Amazing culture and company values - Great local industry-leading product - Company supports relocation to Germany - High inclusivity and overall positive vibe - Competitive salaries - Devices needed for the job are provided - Interesting and challenging everyday tasks and problems

      Cons

      - Big lack of trust in the top management team - Lack of commitment to product quality (low App Store / Google Store ratings, many customer complaints, this is a negative trend), too few action-points to fix it - Poor to no promotions within the company, lack of positional growth - Unexpected 20-30% layoffs of the staff due to change of strategy - Big problems in cross-team collaboration/communication

      - Many benefits - Super nice office management and great office - Modern tech stacks

      Cons

      - Management seems to focus on their own individual career - Processes are introduced by a team that does not seem to know much about daily operational business - When being open and critical you are instantly declared as "negative" - Many critical product decisions are not made by the company but its stakeholders - Not enough engineers for the tasks, so lot of tech debt and people are burning out - New career framework makes it basically impossible to climb up - No priority is given to the real customer problems

      - Good competitive Salary - Cool and Expensive gifts on very first day - New office building - Yearly parties - Massage at Office - Playing area in office - Choice of hardware to work on with admin rights - Flexible time

      - Team structure after Value stream sucks - 360 feedback/reviews thingy really sucks - A lot of burden/work on some people - A lot of people in top management already left and company is not in good position
