      1.-They give you Korean food every day for lunch 2.-Great company just for korean workers

      Cons

      1.- Racist staff, only korean workers have more payments you can be an experienced engineer and receive less payment than a just graduated Korean worker 2.- If some Korean manager insult you in front of everyone you will be guilty and they make you sign for a warning letter 3.- Hr is only for Korean staff if you are from another nationality practically you are by your own

      High salary for licensed engineers

      Cons

      Work gossip is tolerated, nepotism, a lot of liars seems to hate licensed engineers, not much work to be given to hired individual, tend to hate career shifters for no apparent reason, you can spot those if you're like me
