Salary isn't so bad. Decent even.
Cons
Once you're not part of the clique, people may ostracize you and sooner, kick you out of arbitrary reasons. You thought you may be performing well, but terminate you without reconsideration when you fail whatever they deem passing for a joke of a KPI, or if you don't fit their circle. HR is not your friend. Won't help much.
