Lots of opportunities for different levels of professionals Good team to work with Work from home Allowed to work from abroad 2 weeks per year All long weekends are extended, meaning if a holiday is on Monday, you get the Friday off as well
Cons
Priorities are constantly overlapping, which makes the environment stressful The extra hours are not paid No pension plan Tight deadlines
