Pros

Flexible timings, Approachable colleagues, Friendly environment, Punching Bag

Cons

Haphazard work items,No direction provided, learn on the job and yourself,techies need to take responsibility for everything that goes wrong, lack of vision for what is being done and why, whatever the CEO said is to be done without question, No other management has a role in decision making, They fire employees because they hire (this is the reason given)

Pros

Beautiful City, Flexible Timings, No one has any idea, so ideal job for people with no skills, just make things work and the boss would be happy.

Cons

CTO has no tech knowledge. CEO has no vision. Leadership is null. Random decisions are taken. Founding members : Tech Lead and VP and the main Marketing Head have left due to ego issues of top management.

Fraud company full of Fraudesters

Pros

I could hardly find any.

Cons

1.) Their manpower hardly have their domain knowledge. 2.) The employees here only try to save their jobs by pushing others to fall for firing. 3.) The HR does not know how to function and they call up anybody, anytime to let them know they do exist anymore in the system for any arbitrarily illegitimate reason they choose. Actually, I was let go by their HR in the same manner.
