Pros
It has a great culture and mission to help more kids get activated. Still a small company in operations and reporting lines which allows for much responsibility and flexibility for each employee. International.
Cons
Founders still have a finger in more or less all areas of the company which is on occasion limiting and frustrating. Very focused on all the parks but missing out on acknowledging the employees in the HQ/support office and giving them the same attention they deserve. Should prioritize to better state the mission, values, and goals and share it regularly. What gets measured gets done. Should invest in creating an office space that has some JumpYard vibes in it and which is motivating.
