Flexible and hybrid working available Great work/life balance, not expected to stay late Good opportunities to grow in role and develop your career Small, friendly team Interesting and varied work Possibility for international travel Easy to commute to by car, and there's a free bus to town
Cons
Car parking on the business park can be a problem sometimes Not many options nearby for lunch - just the park cafe with sandwiches

Pros
Quickly get a senior job title. The company looks decent on the CV if you stay in the sector. Progression is possible as it's a small firm.
Cons
Low pay/staff training against like for like firms. Bad management from the top down and unfortunately not very professional in many ways.
