Pros

- people are great and fun (not management) - can wear headphones

Cons

- feels like amazon warehouse- productivity score creates toxic work environment and competition with colleagues is encouraged - friend was told she had to stop going to the bathroom too much as it was impacting her productivity score (she had an illness) - pay is criminal - management speak negatively about you behind your back to your colleagues as soon as you leave the room - extremely stingy in basically all avenues
