good for experience if you want to learn office politics and play with the management

Cons

worst place to grow. management does not have any objectivity and depends totally on the novice RMOs and they can not handle the whole show. Lot of lapses to the extent of loss of life due to silly mistakes in the documentation have happened which are covered up by the sweet talk of the HR Managers.
