      Bad Management, Treated employee as slave no benifits do not join this company.

      Cons

      they gave me offer letter after 3 month and force me to sign up a bond for 2 year. all 6 days working no leaves no pf no medical and no other benefit for employee

      No hr, No polices, No salary increment, and baund for 2 year, Technologies is old, rule is acording yo person. Every think is manage by knly one person.

      No new ideas, only work on, and many person is only work on sneky behavier.

      Apply hr polices for salary deductions , and bound for 2 year, Technologies is old, rule is according to person. i was working only 3 months they are not approve me for permanent employee. if apply leave for emergency then hr reply by mail Leave approved without pay.

      very bad environment. Mr. sachin sharma play politices if employee was angry for any commitment or topics
