Office at a good location. People are generally friendly and helpful Quite a variety of projects

Pay is generally low for graduates which is pretty standard across the board now, which is very sad.

Decent pay Some colleagues are knowledgeable, passionate and easy to work with Fast pace of work means much is learnt Directors are passionate about architecture and don’t believe in being cruel to employees Seminars to encourage further learning about architecture Big office space to work in Good location with amenities and restaurants
Cons
Work pace is fast and expectations are high which can lead to burnout in some people somewhat lack of transparency from management, the management is talking a lot about the juniors amongst themselves. Overtime work to meet deadlines consistently Uncompromising in that issues with employees arent discussed with a problem solving mindset. Rather, only warnings are issued.
