      Flexible hours for part-time workers get to spend time with the pups Pays above minimum wage Offers bonuses/raises the longer you work there Easy to understand tasks Manager always available on the phone if there are issues

      Can be draining as you are only working shifts with 1 other person Not many break opportunities

      If you love dogs, the back is great

      Cons

      Only trained in the front if you're good enough in the back (doesn't make sense bc people skills do not translate through working with dogs)
