Pros
Excellent benefits, leadership is open and honest, quick communication with your leadership chain. The company is perfect for anyone that is either a beginner in the contracting world, or a seasoned vet of it. Their HR lead, Kirti, was very informative and quick to assist with any issues that you might face. My manager, Jonathan, was easily accessible and kept communication open with his team. My KAPS teammates on site were friendly and helpful when I first started. The company CEO, Pooja, makes it a point to meet each employee prior to on-boarding and is extremely personable and makes it a point to find a common interest! By far, one of the best leadership examples I've seen was at KAPS Solutions.
Cons
Honestly, very little. The only issue would be leadership is mostly in DC, but they do travel often to meet their team and are easily reachable with phones, jabber, and email.
