Sometimes unorganized, we’ll mostly unorganized and not clear on duties but learn a lot

•Extremely unorganized with no clear processes or planning •Lack of training; employees are expected to know everything from day one regardless of experience •Leadership offers little to no support—issues are left to staff to resolve •High turnover rate; most employees leave within a year •Long, inconsistent hours due to poor planning •Events outside of working hours that infringe on personal time—nonattendance is extremely discouraged •No transparent pay or bonus structure—compensation decisions are subjective and based on favoritism •Company culture is heavily based on Korean workplace norms, which often clash with American work culture—this creates confusion, unrealistic expectations, and a significant language barrier for non-Korean speakers
