1.No pros at all in this company.

1. There is minimal communication or bonding between employees and management. 2. The salary does not match the workload. Despite being paid RMxxx (entry level rate), I was expected to handle accounting, audit, and tax tasks. 3. The job scope provided did not align with the actual responsibilities assigned. 4. Probation termination was not handled according to the contract. It stated a 7-day notice, but I was terminated immediately without prior notice. 5. There was no proper guidance or supervision. I had to learn the workflow and use of the Autocount system independently. 6. No formal training was provided. While the boss mentioned we could ask seniors, the team was understaffed and everyone was overwhelmed with their own tasks. 7. The benefits were minimal—no overtime pay, no insurance coverage, and no work-from-home options. Only basic entitlements like weekends off were provided. 8. Employees were expected to respond to client messages immediately, even during weekends. 9. High return turnover rate. Only 6 staff
