Company Size: Yes, we are a small, privately owned non-funded start up. There is no hiding this - but we are growing! :)
Micromanagement: Management meets w/DRs one on one, 1 time per week for 30 minutes to go over the prior weeks productivity. Open door policy.
Resources: We provide our teams with better & more resources than any agency out there.
Recruiters are provided with a company laptop, dual monitor, 2 headsets, phone system, Indeed, Monster, CB, LinkedIn, GSuite, Dice, ZipRecruiter, ATS & CRM, WhitePages subscription, onsite training, employee handbook, training handbook & management open door policy. Once the Recruiter is out of the training period, they get their own LinkedIn Recruiter account, commissions increase & are eligible for 1/2 day Fridays.
