Thank you for your feedback. Our average OTE for 1 year employees is $100k without any prior work experience. This is well above national average. DE&I: 33% of our workforce in 2021 was African American. Training: 1-2 week intensive for recruiters. Most agencies in our industry have a 2-3 day training period - we are well above the industry standard in terms of training and the role of a recruiter can be taught in less than 3 days. Culture & Treatment: I wish this post would have provided example in these areas because no one is treated poorly or unkind here and our culture is not toxic. Receiving feedback on work performance is delivered professionally and help is always offered. No client bridge has ever been burned - we have retained 100% of our clients and they are happy and 98% of our clients/hiring managers use us exclusively.

Pros

Hybrid schedule- work 3 days from home

Cons

Management wasn’t great. Really small company and you don’t get access to all of the tools to be successful. A lot of micromanagement and overall environment was negative.

We hate that you had a bad experience within the 2 short months that you were here & wish you would have expressed your concerns during that time or at least gotten back to us about the exit interview that we tried to conduct with you. Company Size: Yes, we are a small, privately owned non-funded start up. There is no hiding this - but we are growing! :) Micromanagement: Management meets w/DRs one on one, 1 time per week for 30 minutes to go over the prior weeks productivity. Open door policy. Resources: We provide our teams with better & more resources than any agency out there. Recruiters are provided with a company laptop, dual monitor, 2 headsets, phone system, Indeed, Monster, CB, LinkedIn, GSuite, Dice, ZipRecruiter, ATS & CRM, WhitePages subscription, onsite training, employee handbook, training handbook & management open door policy. Once the Recruiter is out of the training period, they get their own LinkedIn Recruiter account, commissions increase & are eligible for 1/2 day Fridays. Benefits: For a company of our size, we offer top tier benefits. For entry level (no prior work experience) employees receive a 3.5% 401(k) match, monthly insurance stipend, downtown Raleigh paid parking, 2 weeks PTO minimum, 8 paid holidays, flex hours, bereavement, commission, productivity raises, base salary (no draw), weekly reward system, remote work, bring your pet to work, multiple early release days & team outings and more. Health Insurance: Our company is too small to qualify for health insurance through a provider (you must have 2 people opt in) which is why we continue to provide the monthly stiped until we have enough employees interested.

Sales can be tough! Especially for a startup Schedule was not nearly as flexible as it could have been especially for a startup.
