High turnover - there was an average of two to three people in the office during my time at KCD yet a 12 person turnover in a years time, unorganized processes, quite a bit of tension, gossip, and secrecy in the office. Please note: CEO asks employees for positive Glassdoor reviews

* Great feedback and opportunity for personal growth * Awesome office environment and location in downtown Little Italy * Never a dull moment - KCD kept me feeling challenged all summer and I learned an incredible amount in the time I worked there * Incredible team - the leadership at KCD is extremely knowledgeable and will go out of their way to support your personal growth * Unlimited coffee privileges - you will never want for lack of caffeine at KCD * Management is very open to feedback - the CEO and Managing Director were both extremely open to candid feedback. They made me feel comfortable addressing any issues that came up and I learned so much faster because of their openness.
Cons
* Fast paced culture. For me, this was a pro but if you don't enjoy working in an environment where projects are constantly changing and there is always more to do, PR agency life might not be for you. * Less handholding - at KCD you need to take the initiative to ask when you need help and seek out support. They are great at giving you the support if you ask but don't expect them to hold your hand all the time. * Honesty cuts both ways - If you are not comfortable with criticism, it's gonna be tough at KCD. Management is very receptive to respectful, honest feedback but will give the same in response. Expect lots of edits to your work initially until you get it right. If you want to work with a team that will force you to constantly improve, they will do that here. * Parking. The office is in Little Italy, what do you expect? I ended up getting a Metro pass which makes it a lot easier though.
