Pros
As a team member you are given a lot of autonomy, there is no micromanagement and hard work is rewarded. I have worked in recruitment for 6 years and I have never felt more supported than at KE Select.
Cons
It is hard to think of any, we are a small and growing organisation.

- Plenty to learn on the job - Great work environment, people are generally very nice - Decent pay for a science graduate
Cons
- Sometimes there is a lack of work; at times you will be walking back and forth between different departments looking for work while waiting for machines.
