Pros

I loved working for Keen, I loved all the wonderful clients I attracted, I loved that I made money, and I loved that I made money FOR Keen in the process. That's how prosperity works, everyone wins. So I don't understand how or why 3 weeks ago my account was suddenly canceled. I worked every day, 7 days a week, holidays too. My clients loved me, 100% client satisfaction rate and repeat clientele from my accuracy. I was always listed within the top 5 advisors, WITHOUT paying to bid. I'm a legit psychic and customers knew it. So did Keen, otherwise I wouldn't have been that high in the listings. Customer service is nice, but not helpful. I need to talk to a person in upper management. And Playfair, did not seem to play very fair here.

Cons

Since May 2016, major IT issues started. Constant connection issues, calling Keen for help was not the same, must have new employees who were not familiar with what to do. The "Playfair" department, also does not know what they are doing. I believe my account was canceled out of error, as I was bringing in high end clients, generated 14-20K per mth. I know for a fact 70% of their advisors do not bring this to Keen. Randomly canceling the account of a person making your company money, AND clients happy and coming back, makes no sense. And to not be able to talk to a person from Keen is ridiculous. I got robot email responses. There has to be some kind of better management system there, a person who understands the role of an ADVISOR, their asset to the company, ect. Fixing the office staff will help fix the IT issues and complaint issues. When the people who work in the office do not understand, nothing gets done the right way.

Pros

you set your own hours and work at your own pace.

Cons

There is no benefits at all, if you get sick and try to get extra calls to pay for medical care the playfair team will target you like a cat after a lame mouse. The advisors pay the taxes for the whole company. They take their share then add it to your 1099k as earned and require you deduct their share and you own operating cost as business cost. so for a 20k year your 1099k will say you earned 60k so when you get sick you are not eligible for any medical assistance at all. They know that and do it on purpose. Im old fat and sick and the playfair team keeps associating my info with porn and I know its them because I don't use any keen info anywhere but keen. They send violent nasty troll after you daily sometimes as many as 5 a day till you can't take the abuse anymore and you say something then they suspend your account for being negative. They love to attack the older advisors they think are too old to work and they know there is no retirement so they clearly want them to go off and die. If they see you are Jewish they will attack hardist on Jewish holidays, if you are Christian they will attack on those holidays. Some of the advisors have full blown PSTD from the feedback system and trolls they are sending out and no health care to help with it. If you try to get a better job you can not use them as a reference. You have to use the 1099k . All of the benefits they talk about are strictly for the office employees. ie programers and owner. So many readers on that site over the years I have been there have died with lack of medical care from the way keen does their filings. All of this evil started getting worse after they hooked up with AT&T and they kept it going after AT&T backed out. Up till then when a reader got old and sick they allowed them to work. Now they want them gone as soon as they hit their 50s and they can tell they are getting sick. They treat all the 1099k people like trash and the w2 people the 1099k people are paying for is treated like kings. The w2 people will even have the nerve to tell you they are better than you and they pay your paycheck if you push them. They now own most of the psychic sites in west America so it would take a really large movement for all the 1099 to walk out and let them just pay themselves. However with them setting up grandmothers for being porn stars, makes me wonder what kind of grandmother they have. Once you hit 50 there, get out of there. The trolls they send after you are brutal and their whole goal is to mentally and emotionally kill you, if you ask for help, Playfair will do worse to you knowing you are close to breaking. If you are old enough for AARP, stay away from these creatures. They are gulish enough to kill you. OMG you should have seen what they did to me when my mother died. They look for triggers like that knowing it will make a harder impact and possibly push someone to their death. They are experts and know exactly what they are doing. The Vegas shooter was one of their clients BTW.

Pros

Consistent if you leave it at low rate Company responds quickly to emails Fast payouts typically paid within a week

Cons

Customers ask really ridiculous questions expect advisors to be god. Customers will knock off ratings that you worked so hard on. Apparently people can still rate even after you blocked them. Don’t think about raising your prices more than 3.99
