Pros

Its the best place to work for Science Oriented staff.

Cons

Benefits for employees with local contracts (regardless of level ) are bare minimum ie Medical Cover, Leave allowance, Gratuity and GPA. Training and Flex time is more focused on Science oriented employees and rarely on the Operations staff.
