      Terrible Leadership, no accountability, very unprofessional, no job security there.

      Pros

      Flexible time schedule. Giving back to the community. Telecommuting from time to time. Location is in the Tech Center and easy to access.

      Cons

      This company cares only about money only and not its people. Lack of strategic direction and leadership is just not there. Little or no accountability. If you are looking any kind of job security this is not the company.

      Pros

      Friendly at first. Provides some medical and dental benefits.

      Cons

      Staff is disconnected from the Englewood, CO office. Does not do much for account management. They will find a reason to let you go for any type of minor conflict. In this profession, minor conflicts always exist. They also ask their employees to provide information on opportunities for more work for their firm. WHY would anyone want to do that if they are just looking to let you go? Their clients let go of their contractors pretty frequently with no long term commitments.

      Lewis Fowler finds a great fit for consultants as they get to know you and as the jobs become available.

      Pros

      I have found that Lewis Fowler is a management consulting practice that gets to know you as they are filling active positions. That does not mean you will get the first position that comes along - they have client needs to meet as well. My experience with LF is that they go the extra mile and find a fit that works for the customer and for the consultant.

      Cons

      Just remember that ANY consulting practice means that it is temporary. If you get a large project or dovetail well with the company that you consult with, the contract can extend. But any consultant knows that a contract can end early or be cancelled as well. I think this is a Con for being a consultant not in working for Lewis Fowler. LF has to manage to that practice.
