Pros
Some excellent, talented colleagues across the company. A nod at least to work/balance with acceptable weekly hours and a 4.5 day standard week.
Cons
A small coterie of senior mgmt hugely removed from rest of company. Very difficult to get clear handle on company priorities/focus. Constant changes of priority/direction. Internal communication very poor, lack of joined up thinking, no obvious strategy. Could be great in so many ways, but sadly failing to do so...
