You learn software engineering is not only about coding but also a lot about how you communicate with your clients, managers and team. It might help you improve on those areas. So you should consider joining only if you have strong technical skills and wish to work on those areas of software engineering. - You might come out with better offers in other companies in the end. But that depends. - Opportunity to interact directly with clients - gathering requirements, demonstrations, fixing instant issues. - Employees from many countries. - Great colleagues
Cons
- Company does not have a growth plan for employees. The company can't be blamed either, company is of consultant nature. So, if you want to learn, do it yourself. - No salary hike on an annual basis. - Lack of long term goal - it kept changing.
