Pros

Competitive salary, Quiet location, nice building perks, overall good culture

Cons

Everywhere in the building is filled with quotes from the CEO. The cult of personality around him was deeply disturbing. Every decision with hiring was directed through him, and interviews I participated in he would often talk about the applicant as if they were not in the room. For some reason this was extremely disquieting. Following the CEO around like a golf lackie made me feel extremely vestigial. Almost 100% of my work was dedicated to capturing the CEO on film and posting to his social media. He wanted to ramp this up to one 45 minute session per day which left zero time for actual projects. Work was not for me.

Pros

If you can survive here, you can survive anywhere. It builds resilience in ways you didn’t know you needed.

Cons

Leadership is unstable and erratic, creating a chaotic work environment. The person in charge is out of touch, causing confusion and making it impossible to work effectively. The company is also facing significant legal trouble, which adds to the instability.
