      Flexible work hours, casual work environment, lots of opportunities to learn STEM/Maker skills, develop programs, and be creative.

      Cons

      Salary isn’t great. Educator work is physically demanding. Employees burn out quickly, resulting in high turnover. Can be difficult to navigate a workplace where the team/management changes so often.
