Pros
One of the best in the city with respect to healthcare services since they don't have any other competitors here in Trivandrum so far.
Cons
The worst place to work. Only those who are favorable to managers can only have career growth. No performance appraisal at all. HR juniors are far far better compared to seniors. Kripesh and Jeswin is utter waste in the department. Actually HR culture is getting worse now these days. Most of the employees are fed up with their rude behavior, but everyone is staying back only because they don't have any other options in and around Trivandrum. I came to know from my colleagues that all are waiting for the official curtain raiser of ASTER MEDICITY to break the monopoly of KIMS :)
