We take feedback seriously and accordingly we have also reviewed the policies and made some corrections, for e.g. the Sandwich leave concept is removed, employees are now allowed to WFH once a week, voluntary parental cover in insurance etc. Importantly we have recently hired a new HR Director who has wide exposure from the IT industry.
